Boss Babe is so much more than just an exercise program. It's everything I have learned and everything I wish I knew when I started my own health and fitness journey over 10 years ago. 


As a Nationally accredited nutritionist & coach, my mission has always been to empower and motivate women to become their most confident and unwavering self. To break free of restrictive dieting, food guilt and endless cardio, to find a life of food freedom, confidence, and self-love, unleashing their inner boss babe.
