As a long time Health and Fitness enthusiast, I have actively strength trained for the past 17 years and have been working as a fully qualified personal trainer since 2016.

For me, one of the biggest benefits of following an exercise and nutrition plan is the structure it provides to my day. It removes all of the guesswork when it comes to getting results allowing me to live the lifestyle I want to live. 

As an avid outdoorsman who is constantly surfing, fishing and camping I require a functionally fit body and resilient mind that is able to take me off the beaten track. My training and nutrition allows my body and mind to go the extra mile when it counts, this intern brings more health, wealth and happiness into my daily life.


Here at Sunnyside Fitness Co we believe being a personal trainer is so much more than counting reps and lifting weights. Our comprehensive service providing support, nutrition and exercise plans to suit every lifestyle and budget, is a true reflection of this philosophy.

Hi, I’m Tahlia, partner to Cal, co-owner, and boss lady of this fabulous company Sunnyside Fitness Co. I am a Nationally recognised Nutritionist, qualified Personal Trainer, pre- and post-natal specialist, and avid foodie


My values surrounding food have always been simple. To fuel my body with delicious foods that allow me to live a healthy, happy, and balanced lifestyle while achieving all my goals. ⁠
There will be no fad diets, detoxes or quick fixes here.⁠

⁠My aim is to inspire, educate and support my clients throughout their journey to become their healthiest and most confident self. ⁠I believe that by being educated around food selection, understanding portion control, and being able to identify and overcome binge/restrict behaviours, our clients are able to achieve their goals in a healthy and sustainable manner, that leaves them equipped with the tools and skills in place to sustain their results long- term.

⁠I truly believe prioritizing health shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. 

Health is a privilege, a reward and something to be infinitely grateful for. You don't have to workout – you get to workout. You don’t have to eat healthy – you get to eat healthy. You get the opportunity to get strong, fit and seek your potential. Our bodies are meant to be fuelled and they are meant to move.


After being formally diagnosed with chronic Endometriosis in 2018. Since then, I have undergone 4 surgeries to help control the disease while practicing good nutrition, mindfulness, and strength training to manage the side effects of the disease. I am beyond proud to say I feel the healthiest, strongest and the most pain free I have ever been, and I look forward to helping you along on your journey to health, happiness, and food freedom.
