2 slices bread
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Sprinkle of cinnamon
1 tsp sugar free maple syrup
1 tsp butter (for the pan)
1/2 cup berries
2 tbs sugar free maple syrup to serve
Beat egg, vanilla, milk and cinnamon in shallow dish with wire whisk.
Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly
Cook bread slices in tsp of melted butter on in non stick pan placed on medium heat until browned on both sides.
Serve with 2 tbs sugar free maple syrup, 1/2 cup berries and a sprinkle of cinnamon or chai spice.
