Frozen Yogurt Bark

Serves 6

2 cups vanilla yo pro

1/4 cup frozen raspberries

2 tbs white choc chips - chopped in half

2 tbs Pepitas

4 tbs healthy granola


To Make

1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and pour the yogurt on top. Spread it depending on how thick or thin you want your bark to be. Mine was approx 1/2 inch thick.

2. Sprinkle with the toppings and place in the freezer for 2-4 hours or until it is completely frozen.

3. Remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces. The bark can be stored in the freezer in zip lock bags or a container.
