Marion's Honey Soy Chicken Meal Prep
2 tbsp, Cornflour
400g, Cooked Sushi Rice (seasoned with sushi rice seasoning as per directions)
500 g, Raw Chicken Breast
4 cup, Green bean
120.00 ml, Honey Soy Garlic Marinade & Sauce
1 tbsp, Olive Oil
Simply slice the chicken, and toss in 2 tbs cornflour to coat (I use a plastic bag for this step).
In a hot non stick pan heat 1tbs olive oil and fry off chicken until crispy and cooked through.
Add 1/2 cup Marions honey soy marinade (I also added 1 tsp ginger) and cook down until sticky.
Serve with seasoned sushi rice (cooked to packets directions) and sliced green beans. I sprinkled with shallots and sesame seeds.
Hack# I always pop my veggies in raw as they will steam when you reheat your meal so, no soggy veggies!.
